Most of you already know our story; after all, you are part of it.
But to refresh your memory and help you understand how we got here, here is a short recap.

It all started on a boring afternoon with our phones (of course), both of us single with not much to do on an ordinary weekday. And what better way to waste some time than scrolling through Tinder profiles? Suddenly, one match stood out from the rest; just a few words were enough for us to exchange numbers and set up a first date.

The day arrived: we met on a Thursday afternoon to have a drink and get to know each other.
Carlota got home from work and spent the whole afternoon getting ready, straightening her hair, and emptying her wardrobe.
Because she had absolutely nothing to wear!

Pere, trying to look presentable, put on a shirt, a bit of cologne, and rushed out the door.
Even though he was running late, he still arrived before her, and there he was, waiting at the entrance of the bar when he saw her walking up. His heart skipped a beat. It was her.

We sat down at a table to have a drink and chat, and Pere suggested ordering something light since, in his words, “this will only be twenty minutes” just to get to know each other. Carlota’s heart sank when she heard that, but those twenty minutes turned into hours, and in the end we were kicked out of the bar because they were closing.
Those twenty minutes are still ticking today, and it has been more than two years.

And just like that, without knowing it, we had our last first date.
And that brings us to today.
